A feature known as an always-on display, which Android phones have long had, is available on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max. The benefit is that while your phone is locked, you can still see your widgets, like the time, date, weather, and other information, in low light. Your battery should not be depleted by the feature.
But here’s how to switch off the always-on display if you’re like me and want more quiet without the need to check your phone.
Launch Settings.
Then select Display & Brightness.
To turn off the feature, go down to Always On and toggle it off.
